Australia is on its tour of England from 11 September to 29 September 2024. Where a series of three T20 matches was to be played between these two teams from 11 September to 15 September and then a series of 5 ODI matches from 19 September to 29 September. In which both the teams have equalized the series by winning one match each in the three T20 match series.

Because the third T20 match which was scheduled to be held at Emirates Old Trafford Ground (Manchester) was canceled due to rain. And then in the 5-match ODI series, where Australia won the first two matches. And the third match was won by England by 46 runs, now England has equalled the series 2-2 by registering a win of 186 runs in their 4th odi Australia vs England.

This 4th odi Australia vs England match of this ODI series has been played at Lord’s cricket ground (London).  In which rain hindered the match for a long time right from the beginning and in the end, after the rain stopped, the match was reduced to just 39 overs keeping in mind the time.
